I could not complete my fast, but it was a totally worthwhile experience - spiritually, professionally and even medically (to an extent)
Alright, so Day 4 went rather uneventfully. The hunger pangs were gone, my body felt much more comfortable and things were a lot better. I think my body has almost adjusted to this. Comcluding Day 4: I feel much more comfortable with the fast now.
